Discussion with customer support team. They will guide you through the entire process and work flow. Parents/students will be able to understand how it helps them.
Register/schedule
Once you satisfied with the procedures you can register with us simply by filling some personal data regarding curriculum and course. Then our customer support team will guide you to an academic manager (AM). They are more subject oriented persons so that they can diagnosis you needs and assign a proper tutor and fix the weekly sessions based the performance and convenience of the student.
They will arrange a demo session with the assigned tutor .Once you satisfied with that tutor, then your regular sessions begins.
About the tutors
We have well qualified subject oriented tutors with immense experience in teaching. They are always willing to serve the specific needs of every child. They are always prepared with a clear and concise lesson plan each day. They will give you home works after every session and the students are supposed to solve and send back these questions to the tutor. Also they can provide school home work support, project support etc (online/ offline)
We provide exam oriented coaching also .During these sessions we can share the resources from our e-library (text, previous year questions etc).Using student credentials they are able to access our e-library.
Assessment
There will be continuous contact between academic coordinators and parents, so that you are free to share your concerns always.AC will be responsible to co-ordinate the changes in tutors and students. Also you are always free to talk with tutors after or before each session to share your thoughts about classes. Based on the performance of your child you can change the required schedules. Also you can arrange extra sessions before exams.
